This policy explains how T Music Lab and Rhythm Zone Academy (“we”) handle the details you share with us through this website.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send in an enquiry or booking form: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, optional email, the service or course you're interested in, a preferred date or timing, and any message you write.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange studio sessions or classes, and share information you asked for. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

How forms are delivered

When you submit a form, WhatsApp opens with your enquiry written out. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp, and the message is then handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Cookies and embedded content

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store a small setting so the loading animation only shows once per visit. YouTube videos load only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Maps and videos are provided by Google and YouTube, whose own policies apply when you use them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and to provide the service or classes you book.
